Wireless headset recommendations / issues.

First off I currently have the Logitech G930 Wireless headset and i'm not that happy with them.

I have two major issues with them:

Constantly disconnecting from base station that is roughly 2 feet away.
Sick of having the change inputs when ever i want to hear anything out of my analog speaker system (and vice versa).

What I want to be able to do is to take off my headset, turn my speakers on and boom it works. No input switching.
I don't even know if this is possible to be honest. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Wireless headsets all together or not.

If it is, can anyone recommend a possible solution?

I use Turtle Beach PX51 wireless headphones. Here's a link http://www.turtlebeach.com/product-detail/ps3-headsets/ear-force-px51/346

They market them to the game console crowd, but they work fine on a computer with optical out.

I use a Creative Labs Sound Blaster ZXR along with a Logitech 5.1 speaker system. The headphones are on all the time, just have to push the power button on the side.

When I want to use the speakers, there's a volume knob with power button that sits on my desk, I just push the power button and I have sound over the speakers.
