This is sadly what majority of western civilization believes.

You realize Africa is huge, has plenty of large cities, and isn't just a big poor jungle, right? We have members from Africa that have top of the line computers. rolleyes.gif

smile.gif I am from South Africa,
And have worked a lot in North Africa in previous jobs, while you are correct that there are a lot of Large Cities 99.9% of the places I have been too are suffering from some sort of civil war, dictatorship, extremists etc etc etc

P.S Not top of the line but my PC is up there tongue.gif

Unfortunately with the amount of things currently happening people are just getting sick of trying

---Edit---
If it happens to get canned, they will just amend and re-apply within a few days

Somehow I reckon this would be in place VERY fast if it went through, all Governments are quick to do stuff like this instead of fixing ACTUAL problems.

Any insight on this? Because if we don't need a physical address to comment myself and I'm sure many others from OCN and reddit will be all over it yesterday.

Trust me, stay wherever you are...
Load shedding happens daily now between stage 1-4
This week alone I have been left with no power at all for 3 hours everyday, the eToll system has been put back in place with stupidly high tarrifs, 25% increase on electricity coming (They already did a 15% increase this year), Petrol going up another 5%. VAT and PAYE increased, Income tax increased again

We are a third world country, Trust me there is a lot of stupid stuff getting passed here,
But for our banana republic to get something working is another question.... well I am at least hoping it takes years as most things do

I actually have not been able to find out at all, I attempted to call a couple of government/mayorall local offices to try and get some answers, but the only person I was able to get through too didn't know what I was talking about, which is to be expected
but I say let the internet have at it! the more people that know the better.

Censorship will always be a danger
