Yeah, performance is still kinda crappy for me in EA5 as well. I can run the game silky smooth with everything on medium, constant 60fps on most maps but the second I try to up it to High settings, it becomes a stuttery nightmare. It sucks because visually there is a huge difference between the medium and high settings. Must be my 4GB of RAM holding me back.

The Swingfire spam is also as much of a pain in the ass as it ever was. Still being absolutely destroyed by unspotted swingfires 400m away in my tier 3 MBT's. Even worse than the arty in WoT as far as I'm concerned.

Funny you people say performance is the reason they aren't playing. For me its the sheer match making timer. Then when you get in its just a bunch of Terminators and Swingfires. This is at tier 6.

Performance? Wat?
For me atleast, my performance went up a LOT since few patches ago.
I barely could get to 60+ at 1440p but manage 90-100+ constantly now.

Game has also massively improved since EA2/3 or something when I last tried aswell and OB should start next after EA5, can't wait for it.

Also Terminator is just utter crap now thanks to the devs fixing HE, don't see why people cry about it and once you get to T5/T6, the ATGMs also become crap, Tier 4 and lower is the only place where ATGMs are broken if you ask me.

So get past low tiers and ATGMs won't be an issue anymore.

Tried PVE once, the rewards were still awful for the time spent so not gonna play it again.

Make 200k+ Credits regularly with MBT-70, upto 300k on good games, but got like 100k in PVE for a lot more time wasted.

Low, medium, and high presets all sit exactly at 35-40fps for me at 1440p. Ultra drops it down to like 25. I've been playing PVE exclusively in the mornings before work, its moderately fun and it doesn't make me feel like I'm playing WOT with all the rage in chat.

Also, after the mini-patch today my game freezes for a split second every time I fire my gun, so thats annoying.

I'm running a HD7870 right now at 1440p with all on Low so it's not exactly optimal.. at all tbh.

Propably some other issue if I can run it with such a bad setup?

I'm not sure, my performance was way up near the 80-100fps mark last time I played in like EA2. Have you tried the PVE at all? Its making me do the initiation beginners thing every time I log out of the game and back in.

I think I read about that bug somewhere, must be annoying.

Did PVE once, took long for very little reward with tier 3/4 tanks atleast. PVP nets much better rewards, PVE is propably catered towards the more casual/average player.
One PVE missions takes like twice as long as one PVP game for half the reward or something like that.

I can't stand the PVP, at all. Its so terrible, which side has the most MBT who have a W key is the one that wins, every game.

I'm not sure what it is about AW... I always feel like I'm playing and watching this game from the end of a long stick. It just looks and feels so distant and disconnected from me.

Doesn't mean it isn't fun, though. Really like that t2 light, the M41 WB. I want one in real life... Anyone got a spare $300,000 I can have?

Well, I think I found my true calling. The wheeled TD's are so amazing to me, fun to play but not OP thanks to the total lack of armor. I actually played the LAV-300 for quite a while after I unlocked the next one just because it was so fun, I called it the supertruck.
