This weekend I will finally have a few extra hours to go all out on how far I can go. Nice thing is it does not throttle. I have played Crysis 3, FarCry 4 etc and it still maintains 1533.

I do admit that I am in North Dakota, USA and in winter I keep my house at 63-65 F.

mY Asic is only 68, but i idle at 22 and never seen it go above 44, although i have taken the fan off and put my own one on and connected to the mobo and is controlled by speedfan, fans at load 60% so it pretty quiet.

As far as I know, if you are on Watercooling the low ASIC is actually good

I just ordered my GTX 980 Ti Hybrid.

Can I just leave the fan that attaches to the radiator unplugged or will the card/nvidia software complain? I will have another fan blowing through the radiator.

yes you can, aslong as the fan you replace you can get to spin up/down with gpu temp, i use speedfan. thumb.gif

Had this card now for a few days and i am not that impressed. After a few rounds in heaven it crashes at 1500 core. Stock bios, tried volt auto and +50 which gives 1.224 / 1.204 but still crashes. Have fan at 33 % and get around 65 degrees. Not much cooler than my msi lightning that runs 1503 core at1.200 v without crashing.
Also the pump noise gets a annoying flow sound when it gets hotter than 58

Was playing The Division last weekend and noticed that my temps were around 54c with the fan at max. Even when overclocked it would still sit around 54c, is that too high for pump or whatever? No other game makes the card get that hot. I mean I guess I could clean my dust filter but still.
