Yeah you need to do the frameskipping tests.
Just because a laptop LCD or monitor manages a 200hz refresh rate doesn't mean it's not frameskipping.

I got X-Star DP2414LED (not same model as at thread title) today and it can handle 200Hz. But after 5-10 minutes i've got white screen and reverted to lower refresh rate

This 200Hz are real:

At 144Hz seems like there is no any overdrive tech used just ghosting like AMA OFF on my BenQ XL2411Z

May be there is some option at this Korean OSD ))
But on 185Hz & 200Hz ghosting is less but some there are scanlines near top right corner. http://i.imgur.com/VFpAjas.jpg
This scanlines doesn't really bother me and atm i'm happy with this monitor. I got what i wanted. Soon I'll try to make some comparison with BenQ XL2411Z.

By feelings hard to say now is there more input lag than on BenQ XL2411Z but input lag with Lightboost or BBR I can notice. After 2hr game session with 185Hz I can't notice any additional input lag and additional frames easy to notice.

Got the monitor OCed to 200hz. At first I had blank white screens when ever I started a game in full screen. Easily fixed by restarting the monitor.

Last two days I had no white screens.

One defect I experience after overclocking are subtle scan lines particularly noticeable in chrome top right corner.

Overall works great in CS GO at 200hz.

How would you describe the difference between 200 Hz and 144 Hz?

Thanks, that's pretty much what I expected. I definitely don't demand any more than 144 Hz.
