A 650W will be more than fine.

You can run 2x GTX 980 cards on a 650 watt if you dont overclock, so yes its more then enough.

Was more towards the guy who said; It is a "decent" power supply, but I like to keep some headroom.

go with a 970 I mainly will be playing WoW on a 1080p monitor and figured with the 980 it would be kinda overkill even on ultra settings since WoW is more CPU dependent. But looking around on eBay a lot of people are selling their 980's for the price of a 970 because they bought a 980ti so if I can get a used 980 for $300-$350 I'll jump on it.

Oh, that. Well, it will be overkill and mainly it probably did not give you even any additional framerates - but maybe I'm wrong.

I have a micro case so not really OCing the GPU is more do to cooling issue since no room for water cooling.

Oh, that. Microcases suxx rolleyes.gif You did not have room for serious case, like the Phanteks Enthoo Pro? It is a great case and your cooling problems will be fixed very quickly. Also it let you run your fans at low speed, so quietly. No noise! biggrin.gif

If I was you, I would rather update your case and enjoy WoW in quiet room. GTX 970 for 1080p monitor and WoW is more that adequate.

I don't know I like the case and it has gotten great reviews. It has plenty of spaces for fans plus vents and I'm putting a second top fan in towards the front for another intake so I'll have two 120mm intakes one 80mm intake and two 120mm exhaust all connected to a fan controller. What I ment by not overcloking the gpu do to cooling is water cooling. Air cooling should be just fine.
