Hey bud, gonna throw in my
. Now, I am no expert by any stretch of the imagination. I have been following your build, and I am with you, the aurora will prevail!!! I am about to run aurora for the first time, and my s8 will be very similar in setup. (I hate when people say, "I have read on the internet..." but no actual experience, so I guess I am a hypocrite?) I have been doing the research and talking to Mick about it, as you have. But take it with a grain of salt. The first thing flow rate. Maybe remove the flow meter? Just a thought I had. Now, I know It would be a B$#@%, but maybe flipping the rad? Not sure if it would help, but maybe? Now Mick recommends for EK and bitspower res, to use the single port top as the bottom outlet for feeding the pump. Says that the unused ports on the multiport can catch the aurora. I am in the same boat in that my res and pump top wont line up straight. I am going to run two ek 250 res' in dual loop using the ek dual loop d5 pump top. I spent two weeks trying to figure it out and this is what I came up with. I was thinking of a way of blocking off the unused ports on the inside of the multiport allowing me to use the offset to line them up, like you did. Then I thought, could I use a bitspower triple rotary 90' and turn it into a 180' using the single port top as the bottom outlet, allowing the offset needed, and then put an extender from the 90' rotary to the pump, allowing enough of a straight feed to the pump top not to throw off the pump(so b neg wont be mad
) I kid. I was the guy asking about 90' feeding a pump on the water cooling thread that seem to have set off a three day war. And obviously, I'll trust b negs opinion. I have been giving this a lot of thought trying to figure out how to get it to fit, and run aurora. Because I am like you, Aurora or bust. All in. I hope it works out man. I am excited to see it flow.
