Corsair H110 Push&Pull Not Worth It !!!

After I've changed my case Cooler Master Haf XM to Corsair 760T I'm not happy with the results. I've Corsair H110 and it was mounting it top of the Haf XM like air intake. I was getting better cooling result. Now I've mount it front of the Corsair 760t like in the pictures attact, push&pull. I didn't get it. Does anyone have an idea why is the temp are higher then before.

Thank you in advance

long shot, is the case different in size, volume wise and ambient temp differ ? thumb.gif

Corsair is bigger then Haf XM. Ambient temps are same. Can it be case fans which is front air flow fans not static pressure??

Have you double checked the mounting of the cooling block and thermal paste application to the CPU? Sometimes you'll find that the reason for the reduced cooling is poor thermal paste spread (most common) or loose mounting hardware on the CPU block.

If you take it apart to test, take some pictures of the paste before you put it all back together, let us see how it has been applied, you might get some tips or tricks from the community.

That may be doing it. The airflow fans in the front aren't designed to push through any restrictions, like a radiator. Since those aren't pushing enough air, the static pressure optimized ones in the rear don't have enough air to pull through the radiator, so it pulls from the sides. Try removing those airflow fans, and see what happens. thumb.gif
