Yeah for sure man. So even know it ran cooler... I'm sure you may of noticed a slight decrease in performance & fps? Regardless of the clock holding... Am I right?

As we cool down, we slow down... So keep thermals ultra low... Run "Hot" DeLimited Bios clocks & settings while running cool-er and pull off lots of performance... This makes sense I'm sure haha

Is it the fan that's too loud? you really want to use a Hot Air Blower like I linked for $10 and remove the DVI ports and mod the mounting bracket as well as you case. That way you could run a peak performance Reference Blower... they are the best out there by far... they could certainly be perfected immensely, however no other has achieved what the Reference Blower has on thermal performance characteristics.

As for me I would never go out and tell anyone the reference blower is way too hot... I'd say it has potential... Not whine... and straight just do something about it... Here's my RX 480... I had a spare bracket and modded it to work... as to keep the original in tip top shape... Only removed the shroud to remove the original bracket.. modded the one lying around and modded the case and Wha-La ...

Yet again your avatar fits that Core & VRM temperature perfectly!!! So funny man.

Yes sir, will do. thumb.gif
i will get on that. makes almost no heat and runs very well. the 1150 I made does the job in gaming man, but the heat output is so much at 1425mhz ram speed. lol

Nope even on maxed the fan is quite so it doeisnt bother me at all. Were can i buy the blower style heat sink? i cant find any on ebay... Cause really sound wont be a problem for me when i ran my 5870 reference blower i mostly kept it on 100% and had a jet sound but it cold really nice and blew right out the rear of the case instead of inside of the case. The blower did die on me tho but i replaced it with my 4890 one.

I used that card from released way up to 2014 such a good card and still handle stuff decent for me. It just sucked when overclocking cause with 1mhz oc on the memory will cause a grey screen lol

Well removing the dvi will be a problem for me sense i use a old dell monitor as a 2nd screen lol

It would be cool to check, but your pics of the bios are all little and blurry. Can you tell me how you made those pics so we can improve the redeability?smile.gif
I use the capture tool of windows, that is much better compared to copy paste in paint and resize of image
