best 390 to get is the msi one. And sapphire cards do have backplates now. At least the last time I checked.

Msi seems to have the best overclocking capability and has a nice backplate.

Hmm the Nitro get some hot Vrm Temps. With OC VRM1 reach 100C and VRM2 80C not cool

I don't know really but it does say on their website that it's possible for the fans to stop completely

The Sapphires fans DO turn off when reaching a certain temperature.
You can change that temperature using Sapphires tool Trixxx by changing the fan profile.

Hey guys my mate just bought an r9 390 sapphire tri-x and when he plays war thunder itl do a weird little alt tab for a few seconds.
This did not happen with his 980 he had.Any ideas?Hes running win10 clean install and drivers updated.All nvidia drivers removed before hand

It comes at 3.4Ghz stock.
I now run it at 3.8 GHz.
