it cant be seen, if set up in drivers. Look.
Normal default driver settings, 1030/1250MHz all stock vs Changed drivers settings, 1030/1250MHz all stock
Newest drivers 16.1.1

All it says is, "graphics driver not approved" as this is beta driver from today. It says it for both results hoever one of them has custom driver settings.
This gives me 12% Crossfire boost in graphics score on stock(just for curiosity)... smile.gif
Settings that can be adjusted: Tessellation OFF, Texture filtering quality-Performance, Frame pacing-OFF.

With that said, here is my 290X single, 1250/1750MHz with 1500 timings and with "non-beta" driver.
16.6k graphics score... bike.gif
U can see all three scores....and all three "valid result"! thumb.gif

Also, Crimson 16.1.1 vs 16.1. No boost in 3d mark thumbsdownsmileyanim.gif

Ah, i disabled ULPS to try aid in some of the issues i've been having with my 390x stability, so you think because of this i will never get the 0rpm mode regardless of temperature?

Maybe the Drivers.

But you do notice my scores are all pre-Crimson right?

@fyzzz said he used Crimson & tessellation tweaked was detected. Futuremark system info go wonky again I guess. This is not the first time. I don't see issue in legitimacy of the scores though since many competition sites including HWBOT allow tessellation tweaking.

The thing is, i've heard and read that these cards (i have 390x sapphire tri-x) are meant to be 0rpm until the temps require it to rise and require cooling. Since i've got this card, i've never seen it go to 0rpm, it never went below 15-20% even trying to set it manually via crimson, fan-curve, static, etc. Any thoughts? i don't think it's the temps as sometimes when my room is super cold and i turn it on i see temps start at 30-40 and then only start to rise if i game or my room heats up.. hmm...

Did you check if the fans are actually spinning? There's somekinda bug in fan speed reporting where it shows 20% even the fans are not spinning.

I came home and ordered my 390...

Good choice, my ps4 is collecting dust since building a pc

Hey guys, I'm having some temperature issues with my card and hopefully you can help me.
I usually play FO4 this days and recently installed the MSI Afterburner with the RIVA OSD monitoring. Once i've been playing for 20 minutes the card gets really hot, pushing 85 C and has even reached to 90C, with fans at 100%.
I'm currently running it on a $40ish case with 4 120mm fans and the case has an acrylic window. I have to open it in order to drop the temps around 78C. Do you think something is wrong with my card or could it be the case? A friend of mine has the same setup except for the case and he's getting below 72 C at load.

Bad airflow, bad case fans.
Or just a bad case really, cheap ones usually don't have very good airflow.
