Yeah it's a great unit. One of the best in terms of ripple suppression and performance.

Joined team red on the fan boy battle. 55k was as high as I could get on Vantage....what's the secret with that benchmark? I saw a couple people hit 57k and 58k....

Heya.

Successively running the app doing tiny increments of the Clocks will take you there. By tiny, I meant, keep the Memory on a baseline, and add 2 or 1 MHz off your previous result. The app is very picky with clocks.

BTW, Wanna try the VOLT MOD Again?

I tried setting my power limit / TDP and TDC to 250. Booted fine, tried to set the power target slider to 50%, and the screen went funky. I've about given up on getting a modded bios to work on this card.

I guess maybe set the power limit / TDP to 500 or something and then not touch that slider? /shrug

Will probably try that bios you gave me again with the new PSU. Not touch the power limit slider, and see if it'll run without freakin out.

I am about to pinpoint the VCore Limit HEX on the ROM. Once done, that's the only thing to change. Less tweaks less error possibility. thumb.gif

Let me know...I'd love to get a little more out of this card.

Testing my 290X now. So far so good. 3 HEXES found. Narrowing them down.

Using those 3 HEXES, I can use my STOCK BIOS to hit 1.45V. Blackscreens happen past that. Testing the mod with the ASUS BIOS now.
