First off, are you absolutely sure your GPU core and CPU are stable? It seems strange to me that it occurs only when you're streaming. It it's unstable, it should be so even when just gaming. Secondly, what's your stock DPM7 voltage? It may be low, so your card may not be geting enough juice even at +100mV.

My DPM-Volts are
1,02669
0,98768
1,11602
1,19302
1,23203
1,30903
1,30903
1,30903 <-DPM7

i try now offset of 150+

Edit a little bench run:
Unbenannt.png 1238k .png file
only 9 errors.... hm

edit still flickering. then i life with the 1200/1600 for now

Hey guys been looking into getting a freesync monitor and i saw this

http://www.microcenter.com/product/462882/S22F350FHN_22_HD_LED_Monitor

Has anybody used this monitor before?
Looks kinda insane for $100 freesync monitor
post #9493 of 11962
^ I'd get a 120 or 144hz monitor tbh. It's so much better esp with freesync.

How is the AOC monitor working out for you?
I'm running a XFX r9 390

I love freesync dont think i could ever go back. Especially with my eyesight id see tearing at anything above and below 60fps if i dont use vsync (which in some games i cant as it ends up dropping down to 30fps if it drops to 58fps).

Its so much more pleasing.

Holy crap, that's a lot of voltage. tongue.gif

One thing I've noticed. On my card, I can run 1175MHz on the core at +75mV. +70mV gives some very very rare artifacts in Witcher 3, but +75mV is ok. With the memory at 1625MHz, +75mV on the core gives me quite a few errors. Bumping it to +80mV does lead to them being fewer. But then again, so does adding 25mV to AUX voltage, so there's that. Temps are about the same anyway.

My point is, play with it. I still think that there's something else that may be causing flickering if it only occurs when streaming. 9 errors should behave like no errors. Also, I think that's a low score for a 1200MHz overclock, so you may be throttling. Scaling goes out the window with too much voltage and high temps anyway.

Thnx bro i will definitely be looking into that monitor.
did you install the firmware before you turned on freesync and do you keep it on all the time?

I turned it on in the monitor then in crimson. Firmware did nothing for te display so no issues.

Blanket statement?

Get your facts right fella. Just because you can't bench past 1300, doesn't make your statement true.

How many Hawaii / Grenada cards have you been through? 2?

I have been playing around with 6!

You can bench Hawaii with tons of errors / artifacts, nVidia cards will crash the driver before you see that. It doesn't only happen with Maxwell. My 780s does the same. Even the 550TIs and several other 600 series cards I have laid my hands on.
