There aren't any full cover blocks for it to my knowledge.

A 120mm aio cooler will be way better than the stock cooler. I'd probably have to rig up some vrm cooling though....same as for a loop with a regular water block.

To update my VRAM/GPU clocks on the page 1 OP list, I've been running 1150 GPU / 1650 VRAM Stable for quite some time now, several months. When I push the VRAM up to 1700 i get system crashes though, screen freezes and nothing happens, have to hard reset PC. Using Afterburner with "Power Limit" maxed and +25mV

Check out bykski from aliexpress. They have some blocks that may fit some cards.

You might need to bump VDDC to help get to 1750 Memory.

Somehow, memory Voltage and OC scales with Core Voltage.

I prob bought mine around the same time and don't regret it. The r9 390 performs better in everything, only thing you lost out on is wattman and about an 80w or so power difference. But if you use frtc or vsync prob not.

A more powerful card while using vsync will prob use the same amount of power as a weak card going full out to keep those fps. I thought i was going to see a significant difference but its not so. Ill wait for aib reviews and see but i dont see much improvement prob just in temps. Rx 490 is prob what ill upgrade to.

You're probably burning a 125 more watts while gaming. Big deal right?

Me? I don't care. Waiting for 490x to see how she does.

480 seems a good card especially for the money. But the 480 isn't really for us. Its for the $200 card market. We are in a different class IMO... so we wait some more.

Just mod it like the way you mod the first card.

Now that the 390 is nearing the end of its shelf life, it's a shame we didn't get more waterblocks for vendor cards. Would've loved a full cover block for my Strix.
