Wow, got a future mod here. yessir.gif

Necro usually involves commenting on a old post with current information that couldn't of been know at the time of the original post. It is also usually a comment made in a matter of fact or trollish manner acting like the "OP" was dumb for not knowing it, or the necro was somehow special/informed for knowing the answer.

It was not. It was good mannered as I considered 3 months a necro. I don't "do" internet trolling as I see it as childish and unnecessary. If I was wrong I apologize. Everything I write is in good faith.

Also, I will repeat myself, let's not argue semantics , because people got their answers and that's what matters. I do not want this thread to become a 6 page fight between us over the word "necro".

It's np.

Just usually necroing kind of involves the poster trolling. You know when a thread got necroed if you ask me.

A few years ago I made a suggestion in one of my "EA" games.

Some months later the issue was addressed in said game.

About two months ago a msg from that post pops up with some guy arrogantly telling me that there was an option in game for that. About two years after the original post, and over a year after the issue was addressed and no longer an issue.

That was some good ol'fashion necroing.

Anyway, yea. It is what it is.

I know what you mean, get a lot of that on the local general forums on a Bosnian news site where people don't check when has somebody posted something, you can see posts like from 3 years back necro'd like it was nothing.

Anyway, glad we're on the same page cheers.gif

Good choice, just make sure it fits in your case (it's not fat but it's long).

I have the SuperFlower 500Watt unit (mine is the exact same model as this link)

it has 41,5A on the 12V rail, i have an Intel i5 4590, 4 case fans and 1 HDD with no ODD

every psu calculator i tried said that the wattage with those things are supposed to be around 432Watts~

but everyone keep telling me to go for a 600-650Watt units

Well anyway...

No, we're not allowed to use other people's threads to ask our own questions. However, you did it, and so let's move on. lol :)

So yeah, it will be very easy for this PSU to power your computer with a 390 in it.  Your power consumption while gaming will never go over 400-425W, which should be fairly easy for this PSU.

It's a computer!

The R9 as two inputs.. a 6 pin & 8 pin. Do i have to feed both of these from the PSU ?

If so what PSU do i get that provides both outputs ..

Any PSU without an 8 PCI-E connector/cable is either 10 years or junk.
What are you going to have in your system?

If you have the system already then please fill it out under your profile and have it under your sig.
