As for the cables thumb.gif I'm currently using silverstone sleeved extensions, so I think I'll make my own extensions when I'm finished with my build. I've never done it before, but it seems like a lot of fun. I need to watch some tutorials on how to do it.
Yeah man, I'm worried my case won't be here by the time school starts for me (early sept). I think that it might be OK though, their estimates for completion times are pretty accurate.

Also, I am looking at the pinouts for each set of cables. They all seem pretty complicated, as many of the cables wind and twist around each other. This will lead to a more natural and loose look, but also may result in a fried pc- I'm gonna have to be careful sleeving this stuff. Most people just keep their OEM cables hidden right next to the PSU and then use nice linear extensions for the runs to the components, but I am just using the OEM cable.

I'm currently taking 6 units for summer to get my nursing pre-reqs out of the way. So in a way, it's good that the case isn't here yet Lol. When my case actually does come, I'll need to limit myself so I can focus on school haha

I'm not really sure, I'm looking at THIS

https://shop.ekwb.com/ek-kit-l240-1

for watercooling- I don't know much about watercooling besides the basic stuff, so I don't wanna screw up my parts selection. It's $200, so I'll be able to get it before the case arrives, but I just want to see the opinions out there. I'll also be shopping around and be doing more research, but I cant decide if I wanna mount the rad on the top of the case or on the front of the case- Top would allow for easy expulsion of hot air, but front could act as an exhaust, too, and allow me to position the top window accordingly if I wanna show off the mobo or the GPUs... Dunno, still deciding. I'll take apart the rig tomorrow and take some pics of the hardware, though!!

Take your time when it comes to selecting the watercooling parts if it's your first time. When I first started (only 9 month ago), I went ahead and purchased this kit from XSPC

http://www.frozencpu.com/products/23378/ex-wat-299/XSPC_Raystorm_RX360_V3_Extreme_Universal_CPU_Water_Cooling_Kit_w_D5_Photon_and_Free_Dead-Water.html?tl=g59c683s2175

It's an awesome kit. Then as time went on, I added my GPU's and more radiators. So I would personally recommended a kit like the EK link you posted. Most kits are cheaper since they are sold in bundles, and they still perform the same. I personally prefer XSPC for pumps/tops/radiators, but I like EK for wateeblocks.

UPDATE

I resized all the pics so you can look at them without squinting.

Package from mainframe STILL hasn't arrived, I'm getting bored...

Still looking at watercooling kits, I am looking at either a 240 rad or a 360, and here's why;

I have 3 options

A)- I implement a 240mm rad at the front (flex bay), allowing for me to change the position of the window if I want to see the mobo or the GPU(s?), but doesn't allow me to put in a DVD drive, and I'm forced to mount the pump/res on the case itself.

B)- I get a 360 rad, which allows me to expand if I want to later without having to worry about cooling, and mount that on the top, allowing for me to put whatever I want on the flex bay, but now I cant re position the window and see the goodies inside. Plus, I'm gonna have to figure out how I hide the fan cables.

C)- I get 2x 120mm rads, one in the exhaust port in the rear of the case and one in the flex bay, allowing me to see the goodies, but I may have trouble fitting in a pump/res combo, a DVD drive, a USB3.0 port, AND a 120mm rad ALL in the flex bay. thinking.gif

Let me know what all you guys think, I KNOW there are some veteran watercoolers out there reading this!confused.gif

I like option B. As intake, it will give the most cooling...

On option C - I don 't like exhausting through a Rad...
