Underclock/Overclock my 3930k - Page 3

The 3930K does not use a Fully Integrated Voltage Regulator so that is why the FIVR button does not exist when running ThrottleStop on your CPU. On a 3930K, the FIVR button is replaced by a TRL button where you can adjust your Turbo Ratio Limits.

You need to use the Set Multiplier feature to adjust the multiplier to 8 which will drop the speed of your CPU.

I assumed that you already had software that let you adjust your BCLK. You would still need to use that. The BCLK button in ThrottleStop only displays your BCLK.

Hey, finally I lowered it to 12Mhz (minimum), then raised the BCLK, but I could raise it to about 2.5Mhz still
So I guess I need to find another way :/
