In theory one could stick 7 cards into there if they were single slot, although from the owner's club apparently nobody's got it working properly with more than 5 for some reason.

Depending on the part it can be a very quick or inordinately slow process. I mostly use Autodesk Inventor for the modelling of these parts, with some bits done in Blender before rendering.

Let's hope it doesn't fall over this time eh?

Edit: Beautiful renders, btw, just like Loramentum. Are these perfectly to scale? (Or at least within a certain margin of error)
They're as close as I can really get. I make the odd shortcut here and there, but they should be pretty accurate.

So whilst the motherboard block test piece is being machined, I figured I would model another important element, the graphics cards. Now the final ones will be watercooled, so arguably all this work was a bit pointless, but I got the PCB all measured up etc. so it'll be ready for the block when I can model that. Nvidia asked if I would be able to render a version of the stock Titan X. I initially asked if they could provide a file, but they didn't respond so instead I made my own. I must say this was the most challenging thing I've modelled to date. It's deceptive, but the Titan cooler has curved surfaces everywhere, which is a nightmare for measurements and replication.
The last real Titan may still be on its way, but at least I can now pretend to have 4
Clay render showing the model itself sans textures:
This was actually and accident when I misclicked and applied a frosted acrylic material to the whole thing, thought it looked cool though.
