It sure helps that for sure. But it is often underrated what can be done with simple tools such as a dremel, jigsaw, drill and a file.

That definitly helps yes:D But there is so many tutorials online today that most people are able to learn 3D design if they take the time to learn the skill (as with everything else). Once that is done, it is only the imagination that limits you (almost)

I personally use solidworks, but if you go to school you might be able to get inventor as a part of a student program. Each of the two is good, but I prefer solidworks.

You can also check out google sketchup if you just want to do simple stuff, but if you want to have anything manufactured, then you need one of the other programs so you can properly export files.

I have a copy of solid edge st7 and keyshot 5, never got to play with it yet, as my pc which I had and built last year I gave to a young lad who has spina bifida whom him and his family I got close friends with whilst I was in hospital after breaking my back, ive just had a op not long ago ( the fourth one ) so I'm still in recovery, school hmmmm that was along while ago. Anyway I'm still in the process of saving for a new build but hope to get things moving soon. biggrin.gif

Amazing work. I love the r40 case. Would like to see a big brother version with slightly thicker rad space. Either way amazing work. Good job. Wish I knew someone I could pay to make a res chamber like that

Saving up, and planning is also part of the fun! I hope you get well soon, and get a kick ass pc to help with the recovery:D

If you are willing to pay, everything can be done:P

Saving up is fun, but only if you actually have something that works, in contrast to my laptop...
