[Scratch] A super rough all in one case...

At first, please forgive my English teacher, she is innocent at all....
  • Attitude: cheap, useful, and passionate.
  • Video card: 30cm supported
  • Mother Board: M-ATX
  • HDD: In my habbit, two is enough. If necessary, the spece can accommodate six.
  • Purpose:
    1. Move the rig from one place to another quickly. (only one plug out! A multi-adapter is in the case)
    2. Notebook is expensive
    3. Flexibility
    4. Computing and gaming performance
    5. No need to buy or plug usb socket extenders. Just insert them onto the motherboard on right side.
    6. To those who are rich and willing to spend much money on computer, they can easily bring this to show off. (This is a nice business opportunity)
  • Material(costs):
    1. paint spray (55 NTD)
    2. Main frame: SPHC (210 NTD)
    3. side coverage: thinking...
  • Progress: main frame is done. Components can be assembled.
  • Limitation: Money...
  • If no limitation:
    1. water cooling is considered.
    2. thiner case

Drawed by sketchup.

Using it now.

USB can be easily inserted.

The back sight is mess and chaos.

Is anyone know what cheap but useful board material can I use to cover the sides?

Acrylic, wood, and bala bala bala......, which one is better?

Alu sheets.. a bit more difficult to work/cut, but much thinner & not heavy... any other material, except maybe 3mm Plexi or Balsa wood or Rice paper is going to be heavier. Balsa & Rice paper is much too fragile, and even 3mm Plexi isnt that strong. So, 0.8mm alu is probably the best to go.
Should be available at most DIY shops , probably in sizes like 50x25cm or 50x50cm or 100x100cm

You could even go for performated alu sheets... or that hatched radiator grille look smile.gif

In using and testing...

But there are still serveral details should be completed such as coverage around the case, keyboard case under the mainframe, mouse bag, headphone hook....bala bala bala...

Without coverage, they would eat dust as much as they can....
