Depends on the board.
On Asrock, 2 DIMM is almost as good as 4.
On Asus & others, 4 DIMM has around a 50 point or more advantage in XTU, IIRC.

High scores are made with 2 Dimm because if you have significant freq advantage over 4Dimms, the gap can be bridged.

4 Dimm usually maxed out at 3600C11.

It sells om e-bay for $1.28 from Hong Kong ---- I am not sure I would trust it if you are overclocking. Who knows though?

Holy Crap so I set my bios to one of my saved OC profiles I use on my other Chip with this $115 chip and this is what it did so far

the lower scores are from my main CPU and the new score is from the new CPU I just wanted to test it out

Out of the three Haswell cpu's I had, each one would clock higher and with less vcore than this 6700K. Seems strange not to be able to get 4.8 stable. rolleyes.gif
Never had a cpu so hard to find, either. Seems like they don't stay for sale anywhere in the US very long.
