Anyone know how to increase the performance of this laptop when it's on battery? the GPU utilization doesn't drop, nor does the cpu clockrate, so it makes no sense to me why its performance in gaming is cut in half for me on battery.
I go from 50-75 in bf4 on high in 3k, to 22-35 as soon as I unplug it...

All Nvidia options are set to max performance, Nvidia's battery boost is off. I set all of the power options to high performance and made sure those maxed out as well.
Still, performance drops, but both gpu and cpu clockrates stay the same. The GPU never switches to integrated either, this is the same 970m dropping in performance when unplugged.

So confused as to why performance is immediately cut in half.
Is there way to remedy this, or is it out of my control?
