Obviously the tape peels right off, but if it were properly hinged at the keyboard, I don't see why it wouldn't be the optimal solution.

I ended up just sticking an adhesive wire saddle to the back of the right side of my monitor (thought it'd be nicer than taping it). Works great, cable never touches desk/pad.

FIner weave than QCK, lower static and dynamic friction, but higher static/dynamic ratio.

Where do you guys place your mouse bungee? Not sure if I should put my Zowie Camade above my mouse pad in the center or to put it on the side.
