Whats the best mouse bungee ? (cord management holder)
currently using razer bungee. but it always moves around together with the mouse. and the sticky part at the bottom seems to wear out after awhile.
Dont need usb hub . just need the most solid / build mouse bungee that will last long.

There is no 'best' mouse bungee, every single mouse bungee that is out right now actually fail at doing their job. Personally the zowie camade seems to do an ok job but even with it the mouse wire will still drag on your mousepad (this applies to every bungee I've used)

Some people just elevate their wire really high and tape it onto a wall so that it has enough slack to go across the whole pad while being elevated so high that it doesn't touch anything. It'll look weird but it gets the job done

I like the Camade. I got two (bundled for free, mind you).

Basically, needs to be heavy base, flexible cable hold, and tall / adjustable. You could probably make one yourself from scraps quite easily. A piece of metal, couple of stiff springs, and some way to clip the cable.

Of if you already have one but isn't stable, find a way to stabilise it. Like taping / screwing / clamping the base on a larger heavier base, or your desk.

Like others have mentioned, use tape, or if you feel you must have some specific peripheral to do the job, buy a cheap mic stand, and tape or cable tie the mouse cord to it, I have seen old school pro quake players doing that.

Best bungee I ever used was the funky spring thing built into my Forminco Mouse Arena. Still not as good as having no bungee at all IMO, but I get that some people would rather have their wires neat and tidy even if it means that there's less cord available to flex in response to mouse movements.

If you want a standalone unit, though, I can't really help you; I haven't liked any of those that I tried.

That is it's beauty, to be so small yet intensely heavy, compared to any other Bungee made out there.

Have been using Roccat's Apuri bungee for years but now have gone over to the Mouse Rock and it's perfect, can hold the thickest and heaviest cable with ease.

The cord holder that came with my now rather old Sidewinder Mouse (original version I believe) is perfect in my opinion. It is large since it holds the extra weights and feet so it never moves on me and I also use it to sit on the keyboard wire, used to sit on a speaker cable as well, but I no longer use those speakers; again always keeping everything in place. Has a little groove/slot for the wire and I set myself up with the right amount of slack and haven't ever felt the wire pull, basically feels wireless.

Unsure if you can buy something similar to it, but I know I will keep mine for any future mouse I may eventually need.
