Is that the total length with the pump? Also what's the thickness of the radiator on that? I'd like to help you guys so you can make decisions.

Just lmk so I can measure

Ok it can fit, however you will need to put a spacer between the fan and radiator bracket on the case because the overall length is 0.1725" too long, so it needs to be a little lower. If you lower it you will have clearance to your left, and clearance to your right where the hdd caddy is at for the radiator/pump to fit. But you can remove the hdd tray if not used.

Here are some pics of the area of space

Great idea! You may be able to use a Anti-Vibration Fan Shroud to space out the fan from the radiator mount of the MasterCase 5 such as the Steiger Dynamic Fan shrouds that can be purchased from Performance-PCS.  We used similar ones for our Cooler Master Eisberg Liquid Coolers.

Modding Time ladies!

Dr.Emel VS Cooler Master MasterCase 5.  Round 1!

Sacrilegious!  Gutted!!

This is what happens to all the rivets that make love to my drill bit. Screwed!

I hate when we're limited to let our creations flourish.  Fortunately Cooler Master is OK with me Making It Mine :D

Measure, measure, measure! With the proper cuts I should be able to mount a 360mm radiator with a width of 60mm.  I eat those puny 30mm slim radiators for breakfast!

I'll have a build log up shortly.  I know I could have made the cuts without having to gut the chassis, however that's boring! I have plans for the other panels as well.  I <3 CM_felinni... Wait!?! That's ME! Muahahaha :thumb:

i have managed to get a stable 4.8 overclock from my AMD FX835 using my GTX H100i cooling, using prime95 my cores top out at 58C and the socket is at 68C, mainboard is 30C, it's close to max but safe and stable, i am currently running at 34C on the socket and 30C mainboard, if you know AMD then you will get this, the core temp is somewhere between 18C and 27C lol

Absolutely loving the mastercase 5 pro, the airflow is great and everything is nice and cool all of the time, best case i have had, though i have only had 2 custom rigs so that's not saying much lol.

Should be getting mine this Wed/Thursday 😁. Starting a new skylake build that will be a semi slow process as all the parts trickle in

Simple question: i wonder why no one is using push/pull configuration on top radiator, i suppose push/pull with a 280rad is not possible? Would be possible with 240rad? biggrin.gif

simple answer. because there is no room for it. the rad bracket doesn't fit 280 rads as it's only 298mm long and it adds another ~30m to the case (which has just shy of 40mm inside above the motherboard) so there is room for say a 40mm thick rad and a 25mm thick fan.push/pull would be possible if the mount was offset closer to the side panel. thumb.gif
