I'm hoping they eventually release noise-damping accessories.

This is simply based on perception as my thresh hold of what I feel is quiet will be different based on your experience.  You can purchase sound absorption foam from Silverstone: Link.  Noise dampening foam was being discussed and considered when the MasterCase 5 was being developed.  Maybe something at CES 2016?

Noise level is very subjective, I don't know how loud it is with stock fans because I threw them out the moment I got my hands on the case. The 140mm phanteks fans I use on this case are actually quieter then on other cases because there are no restrictions in front of the fans and the front mesh is far enough from them that it doesn't interfere with the airflow.

I used the Phanteks 140mm SP fans as well, and they work great with this case. I would argue that they work better with the Mastercase than with a silence optimized Phanteks case. The fans that come with the case seem decent enough though, I kept them to let friends have if they need fans.

Phanteks doesn't have any silence optimized cases, but that 140 SP fan sure is a good balance of noise level and airflow.. wink.gif

Hi All,

I just bought the Pro 5 from Microcenter and couldn't wait to unbox it. However, to my disappointment, there wasn't any kind of small accessory box with extra screws or zipties in it. I don't believe the box has anything listed. I thought it was odd so I went back to Microcenter and exchanged it for another and no accessory box again. Am I just the luckiest person in the world or am I missing something?

HAHA! It's OK.  The accessories kit is located in one of the drive bay trays.  :thumb:
