ATI Overheating

Hello, i just put a waterblock on my 2gb 4870 i put thermal past on each chip and past on the heatsink on the top, i ran gpu-z while testing core clocks of 900mhz 1.6v and the ram at stock 900mhz hit 135*c with 2 120mm fans blowing on them any ideas while it could be so hot? thanks.

got heatsinks on the ram chips? where is the paste exactly?!
