Maybe someone who uses this monitor with display port can copy his EDID results?

Here is the Monitor Asset Manager to read out the data

I wonder that it only shows the registry data for me but not the real time data from the monitor. Might it be corrupted? Or is this normal? If someone of you guys can read out his data too and look if it shows the same values?

So we see, that yours shows

And at the end EIA/CEA-861 Information with those 2560x1440p resolutions while for me it's missing.

Wonder if mine is corrupted or if it's the default DP cable or my old GTX 670 that does not fully support the EDID information?

Also you have Data source: Real-time 0x0100 while I can't read that information from the monitor.

I am really curious.

How does this monitor compare to Asus MG278Q ( 27-inch 2560x1440 , Freesync 40 - 144 Hz, TN )

EDIT: It has no strobing -> less features.

Hdmi 2.0 is giving me 144hz without problems.I tested with other dp 1.2a and still the same. I will try the regedit reset , i having exactly the same problem Stars posted.

The ASUS MG279Q has FreeSync from 35 - 90 hz vs. the XL2730Z 40 - 144 hz. The MG279Q does have IPS, but that comes with IPS glow and higher response times.

Edit: The MG278Q, whoops. I keep forgetting they released that monitor to exactly copy the XL2730Z.
