Your settings are quite good, but i prefer less red and lower Color Vibrance.
But the most important question is: how can i do a factory reset? tongue.gif I don't think that this would fix my problem, but it's worth a try.

Yes, i love bright monitors. thumb.gif I've tested the 17 Brightness, but it's to dark for me.
But it's horrific, that i even see the BLB with 100 Brightness.

You can enter the factory service menu by power off the monitor, hold down OSD buttons 3 and 4 for five seconds while powering on then release them. Once you've reset the monitor unplug it from the power strip/wall outlet for 30 seconds.

I've tryed your steps but i can't get into the factory menu. Is the top one of the five buttons the first, or the bottom one?

I'm checking again right now, I suppose I may have given you the incorrect instructions. Where is Falkentyne when you need em lol.

Turn off monitor, hold button 3 + 4, while holding them turn on monitor, release button 3 + 4 and press button 5 to open the big blue factory menu.

There you can navigate with button 2 "down" (button 1 is "up") to "clear user".

Press button 3 to execute the clearing.

You instantly see how the colors got reset. Turn off and on the monitor afterwards to leave the factory mode.

I just did it while writing this. Maybe it's good from time to time to reset a monitor, like to reset a BIOS to it's default values / clear cmos. Who knows.

Thanks, that worked. But unfortunately the full reset hasn't changed the BLB. So i have to contact amazon to get my third monitor ._.

I think your problem is
"Brightness 100"

Most of us use values below 50.
With that ultra brightness, the backlight shines through.

It's even visible at 0 Brightness :/
