I say this may be the PSU test with another one.

FPS Raider 750W 80+ Silver.I don't think it is from it.

From my personal experience, watch out for the PSU at all times. My XFX 850W killed two 290s, and it is one of the recommended ones around here. But it sounds like a bad card really. However, it might've been caused by the PSU.

I can send both of them for change or fix. But, what if they do not find any problems? Also, could it be from the PSU when I am playing on 300 core clock and on 1250 memory?

does your PSU have OCP ? What's the voltage reading on the 12V line ?
Like I said, this sounds to me like a bad card. The problem is, I wanna save you the horror of going through the RMA and finding yourself in the same position again in the future if the PSU is the cause of all problems. Send them both back if you can.

Looks like it does have OCP.There is amper reading on the 12V line and it is 60A.
Link for the PSU: http://www.fsplifestyle.com/product.php?LID=1&PSN=384
EDIT: I was thinking. Is it possible the game to freeze because of the HDD?
