Hello again from UK.
Been playing with overclock again tonight on my GTX770.

I upped my core an additional 45+Mhz and 125+Mhz on the mem. Ran through Heaven on all kinds of presets, all different configs, whatever i threw at it was no issue, not throttling, absolute max temp of 73 even in closed case with my heating on at home. Max TDP of 90.8%.

Did not add any extra voltage myself (you bumped slightly in last bios mod), did not mess with power limits slider at all either.

Played about an hour of Guild Wars 2 with no vsync, no frame limit, all settings maxed to make sure GPU was pushed as much as possible to try and force any signs of instability.
Its a solid overclock i think. I wondered if when you get the time could you please edit me a bios again? I am in no rush what so ever, dont care if its a week or so, i can just use MSI AB for the time being anyway but would be good to have the bios changed permanent.

So i would like:

1120 base clock - this leaves me hitting max boost of a tad over 1200Mhz
Min fan of 50% -it cant be heard even at this setting

I think that if i have this correct you added +50 to the last bios you did so would need to add a total of +95mhz to my stock bios in post#24
Also you ever so slightly bumped voltage in last bios and this voltage is what i used to get 1200mhz boost and would like to keep this as i know its stable for sure.

If you have any suggestions/advice/concerns about this im all ears.
Thankyou buddy, i appreciate thumb.gif

Thankyou again buddy.

Will test this later on, layed up resting at moment just had left knee arthoscopy and my knee is like twice it's usual size so I well have to wait until later to flash and check it out.

Played some other games and ran some different benchmarks after I posted and noticed that I actually managed to push the tdp to 94% so I will keep a close eye open for throttling etc.

Bye for now

OK i just done flash it and i notice fan is perfect, no need for it to ramp up until it gets past like 50 degrees now, i hear constant speed change is bad for fan bearings so this was my reason for asking for min of 50%, perfect dude biggrin.gif

I noticed it will not boost as high as i had imagined it to and there seems to be some indication in Nvidia Inspector screenshot below, you will see that boost is set exactly at 1160 which is good but for some reason the Est max boost now show lower than Boost? In the previous bios (bottom pictures) you can see that Boost is 1100 with Est Max of 1163 which is as i would expect.

At first i suspected some kind of throttling or need for reset of any software like MSI AB etc but its not that, is it possible an error in on of tables for max boost state etc?
I appreciate all your help up to now, im in no rush at all, i can use software to boost further, i admit im being a bit on the lazy side now so rather than take up your time do you know of a good link to tutorial?

Unless you dont mind, i just feel like im being a royal pita and fussy, i notice this with my father tongue.gif
Also...more fuss ... the memory did not bump either. Thankyou for your help buddy thumb.gif

It appears since it's a Nvidia REF card, it might not go to 1.23V+, least not without some PCB Mods or Hardmods.

wow that was fast! Thanks a lot. Do you mean it will not go any higher than 1.23v or not even 1.23v?

Another question: at what power limit percentage will I have the 325W? Thanks!
