X79, I made a typo.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but if DX12 is an utter failure, I'm actually relieved because it means I can just ride out Windows 7 till 2020. Literally the only positive thing about Win 10 to me is DX12, and even then unless it delivers massive (30%+) performance in every single title vs DX11, I'm still not upgrading to Win 10.

That is probably because of the implementation of HT. Some titles in DX11 suffer from it. I'm sure a 4c/4t CPU wouldn't have worse performance. At least there's no logical reason for it.
