Ok so I'm having much luck here...
Flashed GM204_Mod (following instructions to disable the card in Device Manager first). Gpu-z reported stock and boost clock of 1532.
So next I opened Precision X (though I've also done the exact same song and dance with AB)
Opened AB/Precision X and dialled up power as instructed.
Started Valley/Furmark, on Sensors tab my clock didn't even get close to its normal stock boost:
Then suddenly my system died and on reboot my monitor was just flashing various colors and black and white stripes! Figured I'd fried it for sure.
Found & flip the dual bios switch, booted into windows, switched it back, and flashed the stock ROM.
But what's going on with your modded ROM? BTW my card doesn't normally sit at exactly 1.0000V. That's odd to see.
Would it have anything to do with the PerfCap? The green section was "Pwr" and that's where it spent most of its time on that ROM.
This is a 75% ASIC.
Edit: And AB/PX both top out at 110% power limit -- how'd you get that headroom?Edited by jb0nez - 11/2/15 at 10:15pm
