Maybe i wrote it wrong as i had not long come round from general anesthetic after arthoscopy but....what i had meant was that i made a mistake...my mistake was manually installing KB3035583.
Once KB3035583 has been installed it appears that this update itself will change without making it know to you, your windows update preference, from manual or whatever you set, to allow MS to install any updates they see fit. Now it may be there in small print and i hold my hands up..i did not read. My point is, this was a sneaky tactic.
Anyway, regardless of any possible small print i may have not read, once you have installed KB3035583 and even after it is uninstalled, this appears to be the point at were the folder $Windows. ~BT will appear on your C drive and can not be straight forward deleted due to permissions etc. The folder appears to be locked in place. I didnt want it on my C drive and it should not remain as far as i am concerned once i have uninstalled KB3035583.
I used unlocker to simply unlock the folder, then after i found this was successfull i thought i would share this with OCN, as have i done with any bit of information i have that can possibly help with the relevant topic. Is that not the idea of a forum? help and support, contributions and suggestions?
I can see that you may have thought i was up to something as i linked it but i do this with quite a few of my comments, check my previous posts on i7 960 overclocking help, i link to coolers etc, doesnt mean im doing it for financial reason, just to help the community, Im making use of the forum code that allows us to share pictures and link to stuff. Just genuine help.
