I always get a big kick out of the butt-wiggle when cats do that! Up until now though, I never knew what to call it. Butt-wiggle. I like that. Do the butt-wiggle!

If you own a license to an IP, you should have control over how that license is used, since you OWN that license. Instead it's becoming the norm for you to buy something, then the company maintain full control still. What's the point of ownership? Just call it what it is, an indefinite lease.

The mere concept of ownership has been severely degraded this past decade.

I think it's cool when cats do that and almost every cat has a unique "signature" pre-flight move like that. I think it's so thay can dig in and get better traction for the pounce similar to a track star on the blocks before a race. If you look closely, the cat is hovering for a split second on its hind legs just before it strikes, which is where the gif loops back.

Yeah, I was going to mention that but I couldn't resist my butt-wiggle joke. :) I just like saying butt-wiggle, that's all. But-wiggle!

Anyway, yeah this is an instinct that was created outdoors through years of evolution. They do it to dig into the ground. It's a way to create their own starting block.

It's a computer!

That's a new one to me. I'd rather say butt-wiggle because it could start leading to fart jokes. Cat fart jokes. Yep. I said it.

Hey, I like fart jokes. Farts are funny. If you want to guarantee that I'll laugh, then just let out a nice long loud fart near me. You could even do the butt-wiggle at the same time!
