I'm trying to hit the same core clocks as you essentially which seems highly plausible, but I'm just concerned with the 24/7 stability and degradation. I'm more than willing to decrease the memory clock obviously, as it seems stable at 1.99v and 7800 mhz.

I am unlucky with vram, cant go higher than that. frown.gif

The guide vid i watched said to make a copy of your own bios then copy settings into it and flash that. I noticed on Dantes bios that i downloaded it has settings that i cant copy over. So my question is do i just flash his bios instead of copying settings? I wanna flash this so i can break 1600mhz. My card currently hits 1577mhz and 8100 mem on stock bios with rock solid stability.

Nah, just use nvflash with the save command and backup your original bios. Then overwrite with the -6 parameter and override the id mismatch error smile.gif

Hello!

I am new to this forum and to PC overclocking in general (did that about 13-14 year ago, but ever since switched to Mac)

nMP is my primary working platform, but recently I built a PC for gaming

I am having issues with this BIOS; Both cards start to throttle hard, down to like 800 Mhz! I am pretty confident I am flashing correctly

System is:
Skywell 6700K at 4.5 GHZ
3000 MHZ mem 16GB
Gigabyte 980 TI gaming x 2 SLI
Corsair HX1000i 1000watt;

Using Thermaltake Core X9 as a case; Water-cooled; Everything from EKWB (their GPU blocks look amazing I'll tell ya); Win 10 home

Temperature is not an issue;

GPU-Z says that PerfLimit is Power; Not touching Afterburner, just flashed the Bios;

Also for some reason I can't get PSU to report loads ... (worked at first)

Is it possible that I need better PSU?
Am I missing something else?

Many thanks

in my theroeys you can't go above 1600 until you have a chop with 85+ ASIC
i have 78.9% and no way above 1520 Core 2000 Memory and with good water block i can go to 1560 so its the GPU Limitation we can not do anything about biggrin.gif

i think its good what you achieve there ( send me your fb account in message biggrin.gif )

Magic wall @1595, ASIC only 82,4%eh-smiley.gif

Dante007, i guess you are right, 1600 is the limit (air&water).

Hummmmm.................
My ASIC 76.x and I can it'll take anything I throw at it 1575/8100 all night long.

It's gonna be cold tonight so I'll be able to chill it down to the 30's under a load I'm sure. I'll test that theory. thumb.gif
