Besides being sick, I also spent some time designing a decal for the front of the Define S.

I think I'm going with the second version. What do you guys think? Maybe you got some other ideas or improvements.

Colorwise it will be a dark red, something like this: http://abload.de/image.php?img=dsc00117u1sug.jpg or maybe something that has a nice effect like brushed aluminium, idk yet.

This time I made the design intentionally more unsymmetrical and I think it turned out really nice.

I'm also thinking of changing the design of the psu cover a bit, to make it a bit more unsymmetrical too.

Beyond that I'm trying to move the SSD to the top of the psu cover with some 5mm thick plexiglas beneath it, which will be backlit so the edges shine in a nice red. The surface of the SSD and plexi will be wrapped with black vinyl wrap.

I like the second one too.

BTW, this build needs a theme song.

Thanks :) I can really recommend the case:thumb:

You're actually not that far away from me :D

I redesigned the patterns for the psu cover and also added the backlit plexiglas mounts with ssds (I have only one at the moment, but maybe I'll get  second9_9). Added some decals on top of the ssds, which will be wraped in black vinyl.

As you can see, I also created a banner for updates.

Very nice work!
Loving this build so far
When do you think it will be completed?

Its' hard to say. Right now I hope to have it completed in ~8 weeks. It's kinda long, but the problem is the missing waterblock for the gpu. Production of Liquidextasy will start in march and I hope that my block will be one of the first to be produced.

A lot of stuff is dependent on that block, which is why you don't really see progress in terms of building and putting hardware together.

I need to see if the outlet of the gpu block is aligned with the inlet of the cpu, which would propably be the best case and would allow pretty much optimal tubing runs. If that's not the case I maybe need to rotate the top rad so in/outlet are at the back and take completely different tubing runs, which is why I can't start doing bends. I also want to move the pump and res a bit towards the back of the case, which depends on how I'm gonna run the tubes, which depends ultimately on the gpublockwackosmiley.gif.

So the only thing I can really do at the moment is improving my plans and sink more and more money into that build :lmaosmile.

Two finished renders. Turned out quite good despite my limited knowledge.

Looks great! I'm also in the process of designing a power supply shroud for my define S in a hex theme. Those glowing ssd trays are a great idea!
