You see, this is what I don't get. For one, why do you need to have a 4k viewing experience on your phone... 1080p is even overkill imo, the screen is so freaking small. The second question I have is, where on earth do people have the time to be watching all this crap when they are out of the house? I mean, there is only so much bus and train riding in ones day... At work you should probably be working and even then there is usually wifi. Finally, there is no way someone could burn through 22 gigs watching videos unless they REALLY tried. My girlfriend turned her Wi-Fi off one month and watched like 3 seasons of family guy thinking she was on wifi... Her bill at the end of the month said she used like 5 gigs...
I get the ire over a cap on "unlimited" data. Why even advertise it as such and cap it with ridiculously slower speeds.
To me they're simply moving towards a GoPhone mentality with their Data.
Shoot I don't even have the Unlimited plan. And with 3 people using this phone since our daughter broke her GoPhone we spent $100 a month for 20GB of Data a month and it gets close but we don't go over unless the Teenager streams YouTube for hours on end. I watch CBS.com shows and that does most of the damage but still...
