Hey guys I was able to extract Toshiba E45DW-C4210 BIOS, and with some work I might be able to enable 35W cTDP, It is a GUI BIOS, however the fundamental structure is same as any other Insyde BIOS

You are the man! Any word on Bristol Ridge laptops? I'm itching to pick up a HP FX-9830P this fall/winter if they release one?

hopefully we'll see 9830p's before the end of the year but I'm not holding my breath. You can get a 9800p in some laptops from Acer and HP now. There isn't much performance difference compared with the currently available carrizo machines though.

HP x360 ENVY (FX-9800P) should be avoided like a plague. It has a single memory slot on board and dual channel is only possible, when you order a model which has the soldered down DRAM pads populated. Additionally it doesn't use AMDs STAPM boost at all, which means the TDP is 15W fixed (no boost to 25W).

Maybe because they're cheap?
