Most responsive to a keypress would be a Topre switch. Since it activates very soon after depressing the switch. Heck, some of the CS:GO pros do play on Topre Realforce boards if I remember correctly.

Topres don't really have low actuation travel and it's not adjustable. They're free of debouncing lag (the same applies to the A4Tech optical, or if you can find/afford one, a Hall-effect like the Honeywells), but mechanically there's still the travel to go through.

just grab a chicklet style board. Flat keys, minimal key travel, etc.
The apple wired keyboards are quite nice.
