Well using in home streaming on steam my laptop now artifacts and screen freezes while my host pc is fine, have to alt tab back in to unfreeze it. I haven't exactly correlated it with the driver yet but will be testing.

Newer ones are out. This is 356.04 DEV( Oculus Rift) Driver with OpenGL/CL Driver to fix the minor ARB_parallel_shader_compile issue, and add the EXT_blend_func_separate and EXT_multisample_compatibility extensions OpenGL ES.
Now the driver has the following "Extensions" GL=321 WGL=29 from 355.97. Its a custom driver, I got the idea from another post from guru3d. Thanks Cyris.

OpenGL 4.5
OpenCL 1.2.11.0
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Eh! Maybe. Still a pretty beastly card though. Don't know how you're not impressed, this is by far the best card on the market under $800.

Yes! I moved to 1440p and it was like opening up the exhaust on a car. Card performs a ton better at 1440p.

Still running the original 980ti driver. All drivers since release have decreased performance. Can anyone verify if this is worth it? Not that the 980ti needs a boost. biggrin.gif

I really don't have good experience with Nvidia driver since I bought Titan X.
BSOD all over the place. SLI and surround is horrible experience. WHY monitor number(order) in surround is different from the system? WHY I have to reorganize ALL the icons every time I enable/disable the surround? No even mention the high core voltage on idle when surround enabled.
And now, micro stutters (30+ms frame time) playing CS:GO @ 7680X1440 with TWO Titan X in SLI, are you kidding me?

I was having BSOD issues with newer nvidia drivers in SLI til I toned down my memory clocks. They were fine forever then like the last 6-7 drivers it got wonky even tho I could memtest, AIDA, Realbench my memory all day no problems. Fire up a game and random bsod. Take it with a grain of salt but that was my experience. 2cents.gif

If Fury X came with 8GB, I probably sold my Titan Xs for some these. I almost sell my Titan X for 290X Vapor X 8GB at one point. AMD drivers never give me any issues, only thing is their core doesn't preform that well compare to Nvidia at same price range.

Have you tried DDU between driver updates? That has helped people getting lots of BSODs with Nvidia drivers.

I have fixed the BSOD issue(some how). Right now, I just ignore all the update, unless it fix the bug that I have experienced.
