Logitech G100S - Page 4

post #31 of 51
so apparently i got a freak g100s which malfunctions at 2.8m/s instead of 2.6m/s, as a direct consequence of the framerate being ~5100 in this one rather than ~4800 as in my 3 other g100s's

Likely even higher if the real cpi is anything like mine (~960 cpi)

Hello! Interested in a real (honest) dpi at this mouse? Wherein one pixel is equal to one reading? and what values dpi interpolated?
post #34 of 51
Already know its 1000 dpi
post #35 of 51
Thank you!
At first I thought it just was not used to the mouse, 500dpi complaining that I can not get to the enemy. Aim easier at this resolution, but misses. At 750dpi to 1000dpi, and aim more difficult, but when you do that, then you kill.
500dpi also not honest?
Move the mouse at 500 750 1000 dpi from the center to the edge of the carpet:
500dpi and Sens game 2.4
750dpi and Sens game 1.8
1000dpi and Sens game 1.2
500 = 1000 , at 750 traveled distance was larger, but not by much.

500*2.4= 1200
750*1.8= 1350
1000*1.2= 1200

well theres your problem thumb.gif

lol)

I was counting on another)

1000-( (1000-500) / 2)=750 = 2.4-((2.4-1.2) / 2)=1.8

1000 / 4 = 250
2.4 / 4=0.6
250=0.6

1000-250 = 2.4-0.6
750 = 1.8

You would want to take your original dpi times your in game sensitivity and then divide by the dpi you want to use to get your in game sensitivity.

1000 * 1.2 = 1200

1200 / 750 = 1.6

1200 / 500 = 2.4
