Haha, spot on observation
AMD fans gonna have a hard time starting next year when different game developers focus on different game optimizations for DX12. I can already hear it now "They didnt use async compute!! They are clearly in Nvidias pocket!!!"
This is the third engine test we had for DX12. In Oxide AMD took a lead. DX12 was praised to be the savior of AMD, nothing could stop them now. Then Unreal was tested in DX12, where Nvidia took a lead. AMD fans was quick to start spinning the story. So came Fable DX12 test again which gave Nvidia a lead yet again. "Broken benchmark!" according to the usual suspects again.
1/3 games AMD was doing better, rest Nvidia. The game where AMD did better was made by oxide which have a long established partnership with AMD and their twitter is filled with AMD this and AMD that ever since they was developing a game around Mantle.
If that doesnt atleast raise a small flag I dont know what...
