So now iv gone to 4.2 ghz and with prime95 test cpu load 100% it go to 76° c voltage still in 1.2 shold i stop at this 76° ?

No. You can keep going. Running your CPU at 90C in Prime95 is a lot different then your every day use. You aren't stressing your CPU at 100% on all cores daily are you? If not, and your just a casual gamer, etc. then you don't really need to take stress test temps into consideration.

Stress testing is for stability. It's to see what the highest clock you can get on your CPU is with the lowest possible VCore. Once you find this sweet spot and it's stable in your stress testing, then go on about your daily use. Watch your temps in something like Real Temp while you go through a normal day. If you aren't hitting 80C, then I wouldn't worry. I like to keep mine in the 30-40C range while idle and 60's while gaming, but it's preference.

Temps do matter. Running your CPU at high temps for an extended period of time is not a great idea. Will your chip last? Maybe.

Air nhd15 but it big as hell

Water i would says a h110i gt or h220x

But your cooler is more than sufficient. The problem is probably the tim under the ihs like the devil canyon.

I would says stick with your current cooler not worth upgrading for a 10-20c drop

And put your voltage to manual in bios to prevent voltage spike while doing prime 95

form that store and fi your case can fit 2x 120mm fans on top
http://www.materiel.net/radiateur-pour-processeur/raijintek-triton-109168.html
similar options could be cooler master glacer 240L,alphacool eisberg 240L, swiftech h220x,swiftech h220, deepcool captain 240

performance wise
1.H220-x
2.Raijintek Triton
3.CM Glacer 240L, Eisberg 240L,captain 240

if you can fit 2x 140mm on top

1. Swiftech H240-X
2.Corsair H110i GT,H110i GTX
3.Cooler Master Nepton 280L,NZXt Kraken X61,Corsair H110i

the cooler master glacer 240L,alphacool eisberg 240L, swiftech h220x,swiftech h220, deepcool captain 240,Swiftech H240-X are all refill able and expandable you can fill with coolant and add to other components if you have the tubing, fitting and waterblocks

an i5 skylake wont output too much heat so a good AIO 240mm coudl do the job easily for 4.7, but that will depend on how much voltage your processor use
also a high end dual tower heatsink might perform near a 240mm AIO on a low heat output scenarios but they are way more heavy and you have to check the PCIE clerance, and the rma clerance
