I had to OC my 3770K again due to unknown circumstances. Do I believe the CPUID HW Monitor or Core Temp?

I thought I had the settings saved for my 3770K: but if I did, I couldn't find them. So going by some earlier thread, I used the pictures taken to reset my CPU to those settings.
Now when I play WoT the HW Monitor is saying I'm getting up 72' yet the Core Temp is displaying a Max of 66'. Also, HW Monitor is saying my top GPU is getting up to 86'. Which of the two do I believe?

Use RealTemp for CPU. GPU (both temp reading and tweaking) I recommend MSI Afterburner or EVGA Precision.
