which should i get ? both is the same price ? which is faster and why ? thanks

Not knowing the rest of your components . . . it is hard to recommend. also, doubt if you'll get an unbias view here.

Looks like nvidia managed to fix the 0.5 GB feature.

maximus i7 4790k , asus hero z97 , 16gb ddr3 , ssd evo 850 512 gb this are my specs.
intel and r390 isnt as suitable as amd and r390 ?

you can even get 2 with that i7. my i7 never gets bottlenecked by my 290s and its only a sandy.

for 1080p the 970 is better than r9 390 ?
wouldnt as graphics driver update. the r9 390 will eventually beat the 970 ?

Don't you ave a 4K? with a single 390 go down to 1440 never 1080. get another 390 if you are able to make use of 4K.

Stay away from 1080.

you cna use intel and AMD. your onyl requirement is PCI E

thats game dependent all games avaries even if they are inj the same resolution

and on Directx 12 from the 2 benchmarks from games that has been released the 390 has beaten the 970
