Turns out it was Nvidia Shield twitter page posting the picture, while Nvidia Geforce retweeted it.

Yeah, I can practically guarantee it's something to do with streaming gaming.

They may well announce the new gpu at the same time, but that "new way to game" is definitely a reference to gamestream, shield, etc.
