Yeah man this one is more like:

"Test your interpretation skills"

Than:

"Test your hardware knowledge"

lol yeah late night typing, and even if I were to use proper sentence structure and punctuation, I am sure yall would point out the wrong use of it,

thank you all though for being polite about it, pls feel free to edit if you would like

Silly questions incoming:

Every USB slot replicates the issue?
Device manager shows no conflicts?
Chipset drivers installed?
Are you using 2 or 4 sticks of RAM?
Issue is replicated using a different mouse?

no not a mouse issue, or usb issue,
tried three different mice, three different audio devices
device manager shows no conflics other than my tv tuner remote is unidentified but I just disabled it
all drivers installed and up to date
2 8 gig sticks

from my understandings, from what I have read on the net

is that the issue stems from the power saving functions both in windows, and the bios
I have disabled all

as well as a couple of minor safe tweaks

cleared up the issue in win seven but not win ten doing the same things

here is an update though

today I decided to format the hdd win ten on it, and do a complete clean reinstall

steps I took
flashed bios to older version then back to current to clear cmos (yes I know taking the bat out for a bit and putting it back in will do the same, I just didn't want to take my system and open it up)
then formatted drive intended for win 10
installed win 10 to drive
used a display driver removal tool to completely wipe out the version of catalyst that windows instals by default
installed newest beta drivers (well newest I had they came out with a new new one today)
installed audio drivers
did a latency test using latency mon
while that was running opened my browser went to youtube clicked on a dubstep sound test vid
while that was playing moved mouse curser around
to my supprise NO issues scratched my head in confusion

installed dvd drivers while they were installing did the samething and heard a quick pop here an there but very random and no where near as bad as it was
me thinks it was because I was installing something at the sametime idk but plan to test some more

wondering if anyone on here would be able to point me In the right directions as to good stable bios settings and timings

also for some reason windows ten has froze on me a few times, I don't know what that's all about anyone have any thoughts

Did you make the BIOS update via Windows ?

If yes this could be the problem !

I suggest that you do the BIOS flash via DOS ou USB stick mode, do not do it in Windows.

In my personal experience flash BIOS, under Windows mode, just bring me problems !

Good Luck !

nope did the bios through a flash drive

did the same steps as before except this time

having issues again will post what latency mon tells me

also curious to know if any of you know the specific bios settings for this board that are directly and indirectly responcible for the processors power management and or what to change in the bios or win ten to that regaurd

K got some light shed on this and its not on my end but asus end. THE HAVE NOT RELEASED THE CHIPSET DRIVERS FOR WIN TEN

Least now I know where the issue is guess I have to wait for them to release the driver could b weeks or months . Eas suggested I run 7 for now and ive been tagged to get the email soon as its released. The issue is alllll asus motherboards an prebuilt asus systems

Still releaved to both know the issue and know its not my end
