Nitro, MSI, XFX, Powercolor, all great tbh and offer different pros and cons.

Nitro and Powercolor have strong coolers and decent VRM cooling. (triple fan)

MSI have custom board, possibly better cooling on VRMs but slightly worse on core (dual fan). This applies to XFX too.

MSI seem to be clocking the best, but there is not enough conclusive data on this.

I would be happy with any of these cards

You were told to ask in the 390 owner thread.

That Nitro cooler resembles the Tri-X cooler. If it's the same cooler then that is the one to get, it's dead silent and even when I OC this card the fans never become audible and the card never goes over 60C.
