You may as well actually, and just replace the XSPC fans eventually because they aren't much chop, though nor is the XSPC tubing, but that was a long time ago that I used it, so maybe they are using a different OEM now.

UPDATE

I finally completed my first loop setup last night and I must say I'm more than impressed. I got a pretty significant drop in temps:

Old setup: Enermax Liqtech 240 AIO
Idle temps @ 4.6ghz = 34 - 37 degrees celcius
Load temps @ 4.6Ghz = 67- 74 degrees celcius

New setup:
  • XSPC Raystorm CPU Block
  • Alphacool VPP655 D5 pump with D5 HF Top
  • Alphacool NexXxoS UT60 Full Copper 360mm
  • (3) Phobya NB-eLoop 1600rpm - Bionic fans
  • Phobya Balancer 250 black nickel reservoir

Idle temps @ 4.7ghz = 25-27 degrees celcius
Load temps @ 4.7Ghz = < 62 degrees celcius

I just want to say thanks to each and everyone of you who responded with advice/suggestions. It really helped alot. Special thanks to GHADthc and toolmaker03. Next, I'll be building in a drain setup for easy maintenance.

Mike
